This is quite a beautiful beach, approximately 230 feet (70 meters) long by 98 feet (30 meters) wide. The smooth, white sand is gently inclined, and the greenish-blue water is warm and transparent. All this makes this site an ideal spot for scuba diving, snorkeling, and sunbathing.

Manzanillo Beach is an excellent spot for scuba diving and snorkeling, just as it is in Puerto Angelito and Carrizalillo. These three beaches have similar qualities: water is shallow, transparent, and warm with small, gentle waves. The marine landscape is breathtaking with its flora, fauna, rocks, and sandy soil.There is snorkeling equipment for rent.

· Puerto Escondido: Is located 165 miles (265 kilometers) South of the City of Oaxaca via Federal Highway 131. Approximate travel time: 5 hours.

The beach is located to the east, very near the main bay of Puerto Escondido . You can access it by walking along the scenic walkway along the seaside, until reaching another walkway by the name of "Sueño Posible" (Possible Dream). Once there, you must go down another 492 feet (150 meters) on the stairs until reaching the beach. The only way to get there is along the "Sueño Posible" walkway, and crossing Puerto Angelito Beach along a 197-foot (60 meters) long crest.
